COPYRIGHT POLICY

Please make sure that you always add the Artist’s copyright and/or license info on your tags or they will be deleted. We really don't like to delete your creations so we ask that you follow these guidelines.

When you add the copyright please make sure that it is legible and as easy to read as your watermark. If you have a license from CILM, AMI, UpYourArt, or another agency or independent Pay-To-Use artist, that info must be easily seen, too.

Some artists require their copyright embedded onto the image. You can find out from the artist TOU or FAQ on their websites. Google is a great help finding artists' websites.

NO-NO's

If you have a tube and there is no copyright on it, then please don’t use it until you find out who the artist is. Then make sure it's an artist who allows you to use it. If you need to purchase a license, do so before you use that artist's work.

If you have a tube with just the tuber's name on it don’t use it until you find out who the artist is.

Do not add the tuber's names onto your tags; they didn’t create the image the artist did. Give the proper credit.

If you are unable to find out who it belongs to… then do not use it.
